The 1952 8N Louisiana Bumper photos are now in Yesterdays Tractors Gallery. I'm still confused on how the photo appeared on a posting for one hour only. I have tried several times at VillagePhotos.com to resumit the photos, but for some reason it fails. Any help on why the picture posted them canceled would be helpful to me and to others.

Now that is quite a setup. The way I Brushhog that would suit me just fine. That little cross-brace that goes to the fender dogleg though, may be suspect to taking a jolt. That's not a real beefy area with the sheet metal, rad. and all. I'd stick with bracing off the axle. Nice looking deal though.

The side view photo is deceiving, but the entire bumper connects only to the front axel. Thanks for looking

I don't quite know how villagephotos works, but here is why it might have disapeared.

When your browser loads a bunch of images, it saves those images in a temporary folder on your computer, just in case you visit that web page again. If you do, the images will upload quickly because they don't have to upload them again. Clicking the refresh button, however, will reload the images instead of using the previously viewed one. It is possible that your browser was opening the image file alreaded loaded instead of reloading it. Eventually the existing image expired and it tried to reload it.

Quite a bumper - there is a cowpen missing a gate somewhere.

Once the pic is in the ytmag gallery the rest is easy. Go to the pic in the gallery. Once it is on your screen, use your mouse to highlight the URL that is showing in your browser's address box. Now right click on the URL, left click on "copy". Now come back to the forum, type up your post, then put your cursor in the "optional image URL" box. Now you can either (a) right click, then left click "paste", or you can (b) hold down the "Ctrl" key and hit the "V" key. The image URL will appear in the box. Now finish posting your message and it will contain the picture.

Email me after you've practiced that a couple of times and I'll explain how to post more than one picture in a single post.
