After having used my recently purchased naa under a load for two hours the clutch began to slip.So much so that I was unable to climb a small grade in any gear. I adjusted the clutch somewhat but I think this only changes the point which the clutch engages. could some of the gallons of wd-40 I sprayed on the throtle linkage have seeped onto the flywheel and caused the clutch to slip? Could oil from the rear main seal have the same effect? Or is my clutch shot?

Could be either oil or the WD, could be rust on the main shaft not letting the throw out bearing slide all the way forward , or could just be worn out clutch disk, most any way you go you are going to have to break the old girl in half in which case depending on how much you want to spend i would renew everything in there, don't know about your luck but if it was mine and i didn't do it all in a month i'd be breaking it in half again. Hope this helps. (Happy Trails)
