I gave my working 2N a 20 footer with Rust-Oleum smoke grey, put on decals, badges and painted the tires.

The 6.00-16s arent original, the toolbox is for a Rigid pipe flaring tool and the alternator is, well, an alternator.

Maybe some day I'll do a proper restoration, but for now #300618 is a hard worker with lots of character. It looked pretty good in the parade with Old Glory mounted from the drawbar.

Thanks again to all who offered help. Heres a few more pics.

Bert,

When you are signed in to Photopoint and go to an idividual photo, there are several photo edit features that you can use. They are in the lower right side of the page with the photo. Rotate left - ccw - and right - cw - are buttons that you can click on. They will fix the photos you have turned on their side.

egards,
Larry

Love the bumber. Bert, I read somewhere that the N's are still working everyday, while most of their contemporaries and some replacements have long since been relegated to the status of antiques. I want to fix mine up real pretty, but can't afford to tear it down for that long.

Yesir, I really missed having a working tractor while I had this one tore down. As soon as I changed the head gasket I worked fulltime on it for about 4 days to get it back to working status. The paint was barely dry when I hooked up the bushhog.

An earlier poster said its a 600 series bumper. Only a few years off, but hghly functional.

Getting it back on was the single hardest task I had. Holes were too wide for the bolts and my helper didn't show up. Ever try bending 1/2" steel with a pry bar by yourself. Gutbusting fun.

That puppy looks great, but I don't think that's a bumper; more like a muzzel.
