I bought this plow in S. FL and hauled it to he11's half acre here in N. FL. I was under the IMPRESSION it was an old ALLIS WD disk plow. Originally plow had long tougne attached (see implement photos search for Allis plow)I have added the 3pth.

Recently I incorrectly bid on an Dearborn Plow manual (thought I was bidding on 2x14 turn plow). Turns out what I bid on was a 10-80 disc plow manual. LOW & BEHOLD the manual illustrates a plow extremely similar to my new disc plow!! Seeking verification of the same and an original weight block. Thanks

Here is a pic. Perhaps with this you can see the similarities that I did.

Comments welcome.

I'm not 100% sure, but it doesn't look like a Dearborn...go to www.n-news.com for a photo copy of just about any Dearborn plow...click on master archives...hope this helps.

Shep,
Just remember that all the plows that Had the Dearborn logo on it were 3 point plows right from the beginning...The Allis did have a long shaft to reach the attach point under the tractor.

The 10-80 disc plow has 2- 26 inch discs on it and it was made from 1947 thru 1953

Here they had a wonderful system to attach equipment and do you think they would attach anything to the rear with another system... If they did it would have to have been for a special purpose piece of equipment..

Looks like a decent mod job on your disc,,,
Good luck
Tom-Pa
