I agree with the others who were there. It was great. I'm still thinkin about that jambalaya! Really nice folks and great hospitality.

Sorry to hear you didn't get a deer Walt. I will probably give it a try this weekend.

Hopefully there will be a followup next year and others will have the opportunity to partake. I think we could use Dave #1 as an Ambassador to represent some other party type "N" owners.

Hey I知 back from Bow hunting no luck.
My family and I had a wonderful time Sat. and would like to thank everyone for coming. A special thanks has to go to our wonderful cook痴 Bayou Dave and Dave Garret the food was just wonderful. Andy is still in Houston putting the finishing touches on my paint job I知 sure he will post a picture or two. Dave are you sure you were talking about my wife???. P.S. she said I could buy a picture of your horse.

Had a blast! Walt has a beautiful place in the country, and a very patient and understanding wife that lets him get away with waaaay too much. My wife could take some lessons from her....

Ate some of the best Texas BBQ brisket and sausage, awesome turkey and sausage gumbo, and I cooked a big chicken and sausage jambalaya that came out pretty good if I say so myself. Had plenty of food and drink. Some very nice old Fords - and a couple that looked like mine - and great fellowship. There were lots of pictures taken, and I am anxious to see them. Can't wait until next year!

Well gentlemen, I was there. It was really a great time for a lot of N'ers to get together, enjoy some terrific company, great food and wonderful discussions. I have never been to one of these before as I have only had my 8N for a year , but the experience of getting together and meeting other N'ers was great.

A sincere thank you must be given to our host Walt and his family for the perfect spot. Andy's assistance was great too. Dave and Al cooked some great Jumbalya, Gumbo and Bar-b-que. About 15 guys signed the list and I promise to get that list sent out to you all very soon. We had 3 N's and a Jubilee to inspect. I learned a lot and I hope I made some good friends. I'm looking forward to the next time we can get together.

By the way...Andy, Did you get home ok?

Thom, do you have any pictures to post? It's always nice to be able to put faces to the names here. We'd also love to see some pics of the N's that were there. We were starting to get worried about you guys. We heard so much leading up to it, but nothing during or after.

Thanks..... .....Ed

I am also interested. I wasn't able to make it. The party conflicted with a previous engagement.

So fellas, how did it go?
