OK, I didn't work on the steering box yesterday as I planned. Somehow I got started stripping paint from the hood, when I got called from the tractor tire dealer that my two front tires had come in and were mounted waiting for me to pick up. The "better half" decides she wants to go along to pick them up as she wanted to stop at a flea market along the way. I found a Dearborn cordwood saw manual (the only thing we bought). Then after we got home with the tires I continued stripping more paint from the hood, drained the radiator so I could remove it to paint the axle before mounting the tires, and touched up the paint on the rims that the tire dealer skuffed up. Today's the mother-in-laws birthday party and the out-laws are coming over, but tomorrow .....

I have three monkeys at my house, ages 7, 4, and TWO. I have been trying to put my 9N back together for months. My 2 year old son thinks it is great fun to carry any and all size open/box end wrenchs off, out into the yard, sand box, wherever, and leave them where they fall. Like my wife says, "It's a good thing he's cute!"
