I recently purchased a '41 9N. It sat outside for a cpla years (previous owner) and had water in transhydraulic oil. Evidently water froze in the hydraulic oil tube (high-pressure line from the pump up to the cylinder)and ruptured the tube.

Where can I get a new one, and how do I replace it?

Thanks in advance.

Do you think you could get at the place it is ruptured and braze it? I never have replace one but I would think you would have to pull the pump and drive the tube either up or down with something like a bushing knocker.
I would inspect the pressure chamber behind the pressure relief valve while the pump is out to be sure it is not cracked too from the freezing.
It is possible that the tube was ruptured from someone screwing the relief valve down too much trying to improve the lifting capacity and the pressure ruptured it. If this was done it will break something everytime because that is a positive displacement pump and the oil is going to go somewhere.
