Geez, One thing leads to another!
I finally brought the 2N to the "front burner" and installed the new motor. While trying to remove the Kingpin, I twisted off the retaining bolt. Crap.
I have a new bushing. Now I see I need a new pin too. What appears missing is perhaps 2 spacers (or maybe just one?). I would guess one slips over the Kingpin on each side of the front axle? I dont see these spacers in the catalog but did see mention of them in the archives. Do they indeed exist? Is it one, or two? Where can I get them? There was none when I disassembled the unit today.
Perhaps I can have the twisted off bolt problem fixed at the local machine shop while I wait for more parts.

recently I purchased 5 washers at my local new holland shop for exactly the purpose you mention. Buttoned everything up, had it nice and tight, only to discover I had 1 washer too many on the back side when I tried to bolt the radius rod back up, so, I took it apart AGAIN.
Good luck on the bolt problem, sometimes easy outs aren't.

Now this was for an 8. I know the fellow, so I just took the washer I had over, he matched it with this stock #FO 83910977, it was called Spacer 110.
I Have 2 in front closest to the engine- They are tight. In front of the axle (closest to you) i have the original spacer which is 3/4 of an in. thick and one of these spacers.

update here...I wasn't satisfied with the fit.still had some slop. I looked real close at the pivot bushing and noticed it was flush on the engine side and sticking out on the near side just a hair or so caused from years of abuse on the axle. I took a belt sander to it to make it flush with the axle Also dressed up the spacer with the sander..ended up using one of the thinner original spacers to take up the slack (along with the new one which I placed next to the axle..so that made 2 in front near the engine and the large spacer and 2 nearest me) greased the heck out of everything before I put it back together. That's the only thing i changed. It is tight and I am pleased. I used new bolts to button everything down since the last peoples used a cold chisel to bugger up the threads so they wouldn't back off. Also didn't have to use any new cuss words, just those I already knew.
and you'r welcome. glad i could learn along with you.
take care

since i have a front mount dist. I notched the axle where #2 terminal has been known to break. Probably won't happen since the front end has been reworked, BUT while I had it this far down. I'm really out of here now.

3010 axle center
3126 is king pin
3024 short sleeve
3039 long sleeve
3027 spacer washer

If'n yer refuring to p/n 8N3027 spacer/washer, my book sez: used as required, both front and rear. Had a report lately that they are still available under a differnt p/n (unknown) but for 600/800 series tractor. Sumptin about 50 cents..... .Dell
