I found a set of ARPS model half tracks for sale. They are complete, restored, have new rubber on idler rims, completely painted, new bearings, all tracks have been individually sandblasted and painted. The gentleman who is willing to sell them wants $1,000. How many of you would take this deal? If not, what would you pay. If I would purchase I am assuming the Dearborn front blade could be used. I plow snow on hilly ground, traction is a critical issue. Let me know what you think. Thanks

Not too long ago I saw a set up for bid, the steel set not the rubber set, it started at $450 and went form there...and this was only for the tracks!...the rest had long been sent to the dump. Not sure exactly what they went for, but seems like it was around $850...and they were in excellent condition

You may never find another set in this condition for this price.

If they are complete and in the condition you describe and I had the extra cash, I would jump on the deal...

If I came across that deal in the condition you said I'd be all over it as long as I had the extra cash.
