48-49 U HOW DO I START THIS TRACTOR IT HAS BEEN CHANGED OVER 12VOLT PLEASE HELP

The ignition switch is on the dashpanel, when the POINTER is all the way to the left, it's off. Turn it one position to the right, this is on. The starter button is also on the dash, push to engage the starter. May have to pull the choke to get it to run. If none of this works, figure out how to make the coil hot, then figure out how to engage the starter and it should start if everything is in working order. Hope this is what you were asking for.
