I have 1942 R with no oil pressure I took the oil pump down, the shaft turns so the oil pump is hooked up. Packed it with grease but didn't help.It never had much oil pressue maybe 20lbs hot wide open and it lost it running. Thinking it might be something with the suction tube. I changed oil an filter 6qts oil yet no oil to filter. Got any ideas? Appreciate any sugestions. DOUG

Did you check to make sure the drive gear hadn't stripped the woodruff keys that turn it?
You might want to take the side cover off and see if any goop is plugging the pickup screen.
The last thought is that the relief valve might be stuck open. Its in the pump under the setscrew with the locknut on it.
