UTU oil filter

Any information on where to get oil filter elements for my 1949 UTU would be appreciated. So would information on if you can change it to a regular type filter and how. Thank You

I needed a filter for my KTA which takes the same filter. Bought a Hastings and it was to big by a fraction of a inch to fit in the canaster. Bought a Napa filter and it went right in. I think the number was 1111. Wix filter will also work as they make the Napa filters also. I think that number is 51111. You had best check out those numbers to be sure. Darrell

That's right. NAPA number is 1111. I can only remember silly numbers like that. I have a '47 UTU.
