Plow hookup HELP PLEASE!!!!

looking at a MM 2x14 plow and it is all complete but i have mostly john deere and allis and ih plows. the hitch is just a huge open hole about 5-6 inches in diameter. how would this hookup to my drawbar?? pleae help thanks in advance

I am guessing your Allis plow has a spring loaded snap hitch that hooks onto a round clevis that bolts to your draw bar, at least that is the way mine is. The MM's are just the opposite, the spring loaded piece bolts to the tractor draw bar and the round ring on the plow snaps into it. You can usually find one of these at a swap meet or make one from an old plow. If you aren't concerned about hitting rocks, just use a clevis.

With a clevis through the hole then to ddawbar
