I started my U a couple days ago and no oil pressure. I dropped the oil pan and removed the oil pump and found that half of the teeth are gone from the oil pump. Is the cam wiped out too? Is the gear replacable?

You might be able to see the gear on the camshaft by removing the governor and looking in through the hole. Or by looking up in the oil pump mounting hole. The gear on the camshaft is actually cut on the camshaft and is not replaceable except by replacing the camshaft.
Also, you need to determine what caused the pump to look up. Did a little water freeze in it?

Thanks for tip Kelvin, looked from where the oil pump goes in. Not happy for what I saw.
