i am looking at a mm445 to buy. the man says it has water in the oil. any idea why?it needs tires and a seat. also the manifold is bad. it ran last summer. he won't price it.any idea what to offer thanks bman

445 sold close to me other day was an industrial. Had 38 inch rubber, not factory and oversized fronts to level it. Ran good started good straight tin guaranteed torque to be good. Brought $1950. Manifold new will run from 175 to 225
