If its nice except for the tires its sure worth $3,000.I see them for sale in the $3,000-5000 price range in our area.I used to work part time at an MM dealer near me in the late 60's and he sold 8-10 new 900's including one to my Dad.Later on I bought a used 900.They were good old tractors.

Hank,
Price depends on location. Here in Michigan there aren't many big Molines. To me $3000 is a fair price even with poor tires. I picked up both of my G-1000's for around that price in similar shape to what you described. Mine were both diesels. One's a row crop and the others a Vista. The row crop had good sheet metal and ran well but was a little tired (starts best with a little ether). I think the pump needs some work. The Vista had an almost new motor but it was missing some details and some sheet metal needed replacement. I hope this helps you decide. If it were in my area I'd probably be interested in it for that price.

Brian
