The following web site lists MM paint codes but does not tell what model or year tractors they are to be used for: http://jetstar.minneapolis-moline.com/paint.html

Is the MM 445 Utility painted Yellow or Praire Gold? Are all these Praire Gold paint codes the same shade or different colors called Praire Gold.

My tractor has the Power Adjust wheels. Do I paint the wheels Aluminum or Gray and the centers red?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

Greg

The 445 would be painted the Prarie Gold. The Moline Yello was not used until the early 1960's around 1960-62. Prarie Gold was the ONLY yellow used before that time unless used for industrial. Some companys or states painted them their own colors. The outer rear rim with power adjust type is painted silver. The center dish is painted M-M red. It is a cherry red that is close to IH 2150 red. AS for the Prarie Gold paint I get it right from AGCO. It comes in a spray can or quart. A gallon would be nicer. I have a friend who got some paint from our local NAPA store and there was only about $5.00 diference in a gallon from them and the oem Agco paint. What is nice with the Agco paint is its very good quality and the spray can matches so you can touch the tractor up easier when you need to. Also because of the volume of paint Agco uses to mix together the color is more consistant. Hope this helps.

Thanks.

I would never have guessed that AGCO was still selling the paint for this old of a tractor. I am pretty sure that they don't sell the older Oliver greens besides the Meadow Green that was on the last Olivers.

Thanks again.

Greg
