What is a pair of 445s worth?

I know a guy who might have a pair of 445's for sale. The one runs pretty good, but the front end is real loose and has been abused(used to have a loader). The radiator leaks like a sieve, though. the sheet metal is clean, and the hydraulic system works real good. The other one, my dad used to own(bought it when it was 4 or 5 years old). that one had a loader, but wasn't abused and has a good front end, as well as radiator. My uncle rebuilt it way back when, but he put a different cam in and something broke bad. The guy who owns it now bought it and let it set for a while. He had it in his neighbors barn and the barn fell in. A 8x8 beam fell onto the motor, pretty much messing the tractor up. The sheet metal was off it, so that is still good. The front end is good, and the radiator is too. I was going to combine them to make one real good one.
