Moline V4 stationary engine ?

A few years ago while looking through a junk yard I soptted an unusual Moline engine in a pile of scrap from a gravel company. It was a V4 engine that looked like it had two block/head assemblys like a Z moline tractor would use it had a clutch and belt pulley type PTO on it. Can anyone tell me about this engine,Where were they used. When were they built. Were many of them built.
I have seen the big Moline industrial V8 and V12 engines, but not this little V4. TIA Jon H

Jon,
I know where there is a MM tractor sitting and it has exactly what you were decribing on the V-4 engine. The engine may be from a MM UNI tractor. What this tractor was eaxactly what it say UNI meaning universal, it had attachment ie. corn picker and a combine head. You would sit in the air like a regular combine machine, then what ever attachment if needed you hooked it up. I am thinking this one was built in 1950 or 1952. I do not think they went over very well but I do think they are rare becasue I have never seen on other than this one. I always thought of taking the engine off and using it for something else would make a great stationary engine for something, what? I have no clue.

Jon, if you have seen a MM V-8 and V-12 then you have seen a much more rare engine than the V-4 that was used as a power unit in the Uni-tractors. The V-8 and V-12 engines were produced by the Russelville plant and I was under the impression that there may be a V-12 yet in existence somewhere in California. Right now I can't remember if the V-8 and V-12 were based on the "605" or "800" engine. If Bill Ellis reads this, he can furnish more info on these engines and correct me if I have made any incorrect statements.
