What is this tractor

I had a guy call me wanted to know if I wanted this tractor that in his fence roll. The tractor has a MM on its side and if I am reading the model number right it is a 700 or something like that. I wander if there is any interest in such tractor and what is it. Thank You

Could be a G-705 or g-707 if it is 2WD or the G-706 or G-708 if it has the FWA. Only a serial number will tell you for sure what it is. If it is in halfway decent shape I would try to fix it. They do not make them any more.

Thanks for the interest This tractor is an muck older than the tractors you are thinking of it is on steel and the motor is stuck. I will try to get down there in the morning and get the numbers off. Thanks Dan

I have the info from the plate on the side of tractor. It is a 35/8 x 41/4 model RE Ser# 43500. Thank You Dan

The numbers you have are off of the engine.They mean that it is an RE series engine s/n 43500 with a 3 5/8 bore and a 4 1/4 stroke. This could be a model R,Z,or ZB. There should be another plate on the same side, back on the transmission housing above the belt pulley. Also there will be a casting number on the transmission case probably RT100 which will help determine the model. If the engine is stuck, it is probably busted just below the valve chamber at the top of the cylinder. If this is the case,and you don't have another engine, you have a parts tractor.

The stroke does not agree with either the R or Z series to my knowledge. The RT series has a stroke of 4", the ZT has 4 1/2", and the ZB 5". I was not aware of any with 4 1/4. Anyone else agree or disagree.

Could or is later model M or G 700 (like 702 or 706 or any combinations. Some of those are front wheel assist. Very desireable for those. Need more info for correct ID. The whole number and letter or model on tag on right side of trans housing. If you're near IN, just tell me where it's at and I'LL pick it up. Any MM for free is a bargain even if you just part it out. "G"
