Wondering what the weight of UTU and what was factory horsepower on the beast. I call it a beast because I used to try to steer the thing years ago on dads farm. Now son want to pull with it.

I have a 49 UTU. It weight's in at 5700 pounds at the local elevator with me off. I never had it dyno since I have owned it but I was told 55 but not really working on a dyno. It has a little engine work done to it.

You are looking at a tractor that should weigh around 5,300 to 5,500 if it is a UTU. Slightly more if it is a standard.


The horse power rating on those is around 40-45 hp but it will depend on the heads you have on it.


Sounds like your son should be able to have some fun with it.
