I have heard people mention MM production records and information for several years now in MM forums. I am curious what type of information is available, and if its available to the public.

Deere I know has records for wherehouse, ship and other dates, along with other info about the tractors, by the serial number.

Thanks for any insight.

Jake

Jake,
Floyd County Museum in Charles City Iowa has the production records for the late model (1959+) Moline tractors. You can give them a call with your serial numbers and for a nominal fee they'll send you a copy of the serial number ledger page with your tractor listed and a copy of the dealer price sheet for that model so you can figure out what options yours came with along with how much it cost. Their number is 641-228-1099

Jake,
I don't know for certain. You may want to ask Floyd County that question. I do know that they have the later info organized to be able to provide the service to collectors. I believe the MMCI club helped get the data organized. I'm not sure what condition the early stuff may be in if they have it. I know the early 445 type data is difficult to read and decipher. I'm guessing the earlier stuff may be difficult to read or interpret also.
