i am looking at a G706 Four wheel drive. The tin is in very nice condition. It has factory duals. It also has a 3pt hitch?? the man is the original owner and says it is factory. The motor has low compression but will run. Does anyone have an idea on what it might be worth? Thanks in advance

The less than "7" means high 6's. (Looked pretty nice.) It was on ebay for the world to see. That is a fair price. For $500 you will buy a parts 706 with maybe one useable front assist part. For 22,000 you hopefully bought 3 running 706's. Someone said one went for 16,000 in PA a while back. That's crazyness, not not that rare yet, but to each their own. Tractors are like baseball cards, worthless to most, priceless to others. Can you really put a price on happyness?

Hello. just bought one last week. New rear tires, frts @ 90% low hr, stright sheet metal, needs a temp gauge. ran a small sawmill and in the shed for yrs. Paid less than 7th. for it. But seen them from 500.00 to 22000.00. BIG bucks to overhaul these....well I just rebuilt a 430C JD dozer....engine trans finals, and ths tracks! and this is only 25 hp!!I always said, You could do two tractors to one dozer....But a 6cy MM?Dunno and I hope I never find out!! good luck, Bob

Sounds like a easy restore, and odd options 3 pt is not common on those tractors and I did see one other with the factory duals but it was a 708
