UTS-D Special - How many built?

We bought a UTS-D Special last week and I'm wondering how many were built. I don't think too many UTS Specials were built to begin with. I had never seen one with a diesel engine until this tractor. It has the same in line injector pump as a Turkey export UTS-D. The serial number starts with 050 and looks like it could have been hand stamped since the numbers are not completely uniform. Does anyone have production numbers for these tractors?

Yeah, that's a custom job. Somebody modified the original manifold and then cut two holes in the hood for each muffler. It sort of looks neat but is not original.

UTS-D specials built in 1956.Serial number 05002105-05002404. Total of 299 built. I have two,both have the PSB pump and all I have seen have the same pump.The UTSD-M has the APE inline. The pump could have been changed as the 5 Star diesels used both. Most have the hood side panels missing.
