Forgot to say, when a lady answers the phone, go ahead and ask whatever, Sally and Lois are VERY knowlegable, if they don't know, they will go to the shop and ask one of the guys.

I am just asking for some names and addresses of people or places that deal with MM parts. If I have a reference to go by, it won't be to hard to find a set of jugs, or bull gears, or steering box.

I am in the process of buying this tractor and do not know what shape the motor is in. This is a way to find out resources for parts for the motor.

Just a suggestion, but deadeye is right...

You need to find out what shape the engine is in first, then decide what parts you'll need.

You'll have a lot better luck asking for advice on this board if you ask for specific parts.

There aren't any more Minneapolis Moline dealers, so parts are spotty. You'll probably wind up find used parts like heads and crankshafts from a salvage yard or someone with a junker for parts, etc... Or there are few guys dealing with new replacement parts for simple, high-turnover items like points and condensors and steering wheels...

What kind of parts are you looking for??? Rods, bearings, pistons rings, or what. Do you have an engine and want to overhaul it or do you have a part of an engine and want to make a complete one by adding parts?? It was a 403 CI engine in the GTB's.....JB
