Is there a good place on the internet to get parts for a GB? This site has decals and some other things, but does not carry the rubber boot that goes over the shifter or a battery box/tray.
I don't even know what the original looks like. Mine just has a piece of flat iron and some baling wire to keep the battery from falling off.

This is an LP model. I have only seen one, I believe, that is correct. If I remember correctly it is the long narrow type battery like on a JD 4010/4020 or IHC 706/806 and it sat to the left of the fuel tank.

Yes they were the long style battery. Those are the covers I make. 3EE is the correct battery number. 3ET and 3EH batteries will work but they sit a little taller than the 3EE.

I do work back and forth with a guy that sells the battery box or trays for MMs. If you send me an email I can give you his phone number. He should have them or know where to get them. If you are interested in a battery cover for it in the future, I make reproductions of those and some other parts for MMs. I can send you a list if you like.
