Please excuse my un-educated condition here. My blood is Persian Orange through and through, but, I have been a Minneapolis Moline admirer for many years.I have a friend who has a Twin City Tractor. Serial number is 152809. The tractor has been sitting in a barn in West Central Minnesota since 1949. Together, my friend and I know nothing about the Twin City tractors, how many models were there, when were they manufactured - we know nothing. It is in excellent condition. He believes it was manufactured in the early 1930s and is on full steel. If this tractor were an Allis-Chalmers WC, I would put the value around $1500. But, my sense is that the Twin City may be more collectable than the run-of-the-mill Allis WC I will be happy to post more info if needed. Can you tell me what models were being manufactured in the early 1930s? If there are more than one model, and I assume there are, how might I determine which model this tractor is?
