I am looking at overhauling a 504A lp and was toying with using the parts from a 605B when overhauling it. One problem is I am not sure if the parts will all just drop in? does any one know? Crank jugs and heads in particular. what safe rpm can I use for this combination? the govenor is set at 504 specs now. Any idea what kind of horse power can be expected?

Thanks for any info on this. I will be using it for my A4T.

do you know if there is a difference with a HD605? did they turn faster? I read an article that Roger More has a 605 in his G1050LP.

I put a HD 605 in a Vista. It is not hard to do. If you have any questions, email me your phone number and a good time to call and we can talk about it.
