After two years, we finally got the uni in the shop and have started restoration on the tractor. The sheller is still outside. That's a whole other project in itself. The rear wheel is painted with a new tire. It sorta looks like a "diamond on a dog heap" right now, but it had to be done to get it in the shop. What a good lookin' cherry red. Thanks B.T. We've removed the operators platform and removed the tranny cover. A bad gear stick boot has let some water in to the gears, but I think we can save it. (not the gear stick boot) We are going to try to make new tubes for the power steering clinder, so if anyone has a good idea about how to do it, drop me a line. Engine work is still progressing. I'll start on that again after we get the tranny cover cleaned up and shifter fork system repaired. Hopefully, Mrs. Claus will bring me that steering wheel I've had my eye on that way my wife can't make me get rid of the tractor since she will have a vested interest in it. I'll close for now. I'll try to get some pictures put on the website so show the progress. Now this tractor won't be a "slick" tractor like my friend Gary likes, but I still think it will turn out pretty good. Stay tuned.

P.S. If anyone knows how to get some blank delco-remy tags, please let me know. I only need three to put on my geneator, starter and distributor.

For hydraulic cylinders check with a good local hydraulics shop or machine shop that rebuilds cylinders. They stock or can get cylinder tubing in any size. For the Delco tags check with Kenneth at classicgenerator.com or old car restoration supply places too. Good luck with that restoration look forward to seeing pics later of it.
