How much Horse Power will this make and did this come factory?

the g-1000 stock makes 110hp. i am not for sure what the m&w turbo will get it up to but i put a turbo on mine and i am now pushing 185hp.

The dealer I worked for sold 2 A4T-1400 diesels with factory M & W turbos. We were disapointed in the output. If you go that route make sure you get a pyrometer, Lanova chambers engines do not turbo as well as direct injection engines.
