Is the power steering/ hydralics/transmission all run out of a common sump, if so what is the reccommended fluid?

No. The power steering and 3 point are in the reservoir on top of the transmission. Dextron III is a good modern substitute for the Type S called for in the manual. However, lots of guys are using Hytrans or equivalent so they can use the remotes on equipment they share with other tractors and are not having problems.

Some years the hydraulic reservoir fills through the rectangle plate where the rate and cycle levers are. Late models may have a street elbow with a plug on the very front of the control valve. Through the plate is 1" to 1-1/4" from the top, through the elbow, I make it brim full.

The transmission oil is 90wt. Fills through the big plug just behind the shifter.
