A local man has a moline power unit for sale,In good condition.It is a four cylinder 405 engine used on irrigation well.He is asking $750 for it.Does not have original radiator.Anyone interested.If so I will give you his address. He lives in Matador texas.

Ichecked this engine today,starts good,no exhast smoke,magneto ignition.Owner has worked on these engines for yearsand it is in good condition.head numbers are10A4207 block numbers are 10A149A . Runs very smooth. I believe it to be a good sound engine.

Engine runs good and is hooked to a propane bottle for starting.Head numbers are 10A4207. I havent heard it run yet .Owner is a mechanic (elderly) that had a fall, and I ame trying to help him sell the engine.Sorry no photos ,not equiped for that. Will check for ignition and block number.The heads have recently been rebuilt.Will try to get more info later today.

An you tell us more about the engine? Any pictures available? Running, stuck, cracked, head casting numbers, block casting numbers. Dist. or mag?

I bet you meant a 425 ? Some are looking for those for tractors. 336 & 425 MM power units were common at one time.

A 4 cylinder would probably be a 403 power unit. 425 were all 6 cylinder power units.
