The blocks, cam and rods should work fine. The crankshaft might be able to be used as well but the rear area where the seal runs is different. The 445 seal surface has a spiral goove cut in it that "pumps" the oil back into the engine and uses a felt seal with rubber in the center. The JetStar3 seal surface is flat for a lip type seal. If you put a lip type seal on the 445 crank it will quickly damage the seal. You could use the 445 crank in the JetStar3 by either using the 445 seal or possibly using a repair sleeve on the seal surface. You can use a JetStar3 crank in a 445 by using the JetStar3 seal.

We haven"t used the felt seals for years, have 100% success with our lip seal kit, we do many of these engines every year and don"t have time to do one over for something as simple as the seal. We also sell the kit. 920 295 3278, Dale
