Could someone be kind enough to tell me what the standard & .020 part numbers are for RE206 main bearings (center & rear)out of a Z? Thanks in advance!

BMG, That is the correct main bearing set for a 445,jetstar 4star,jet2, jet3, u302.

I have used that Federal Mogul main set in a 206 that I put in a ZAS. They work, but the center bearing is about 1/8" wider than the original. It didn't cause any problems, there was plenty of width on the crank journal to accomodate the extra bearing width.

If I recall correctly, I slipped the center main shells in after the crank was installed in the front roller and rear main housing was bolted in place.

If the width had been a problem, I would have found a way to cut 1/16 inch from both sides of the center bearing.

Just to clarify. The RE engine (186 ci) used in the ZT tractor had ball bearings front and rear supporting the crankshaft with an oil collar in the middle. From your question I'm assuming you're looking for the shell bearing part numbers for the 206 engine in a ZA tractor. Rear thrust bearing is an EE5353 (std) or EE5353B (.020). Center bearing is 10B410 (std) or 10B412 (.020). These are MM part numbers. If you're looking for aftermarket I believe a Federal Mogul main set 4176M from a later 445 should work but you'll only use the center and rear shells from the set. Hopefully someone else can verify those FM numbers and application.
