i wouldnt have it any other way than a diesel puller. upgrades, for the most part, are all to easy. say for instance having injection pump rebuilt and turned up all it will go. if you get too much fuel, find a relatively priced turbo, nothing too large, and get a pretty fair gain. i am currently working on a g-1000 wheatland with a 504ci motor. as of now it is turbocharged but i need more fuel. stock rating is 110hp and i am pushing 190hp pretty good. pulled it a few weeks ago in 4th gear hi range and it was excellent. let me know if i can answer any questions.

I have pulled a ZA with a diesel and pull against a UB diesel. Next summer I will be pulling a GBD ( all as stock antiques). If I can help email me.
