Is it possible to get replacement wheel cylinders or maybe rebuild kits for the brakes?

The slave cylinders can be rebuilt as long as the pistons can be removed without damage. You can buy a rebuild kit for a 1 inch wheel cylinder on a truck and the cups will fit the MM slave cylinder. They are also availabe new from Welters about 80.00 apiece.

Just Goggle(brake cylinder cups)and you will get a good picture of what is available.You will also find that front end or brake shops have boxes of cups loose in their working area.Kits and new are available if needed.The ones you are looking for are probable the same as on a truck or auto.
