Is the cam gear a small one or large. Its been a while since I"ve been into one. I know I had to change the gears to run a dist. on mine.

The small gear on the end of the cam drives the smaller gear on the oil pump shaft. The small gear on the cam will be a 24 tooth & the oil pump shaft gear will be a 12 tooth for a magneto.

Ok I do have the gear that came off the camshaft that is for the mag. I also have the shaft with the gear on it that turns the mag. It runs from the oil pump to the mag and is turned by the cam gear. They both came out of a running magneto engine that I changed to a dist. I'll take $100 for both or make me an offer.

I'm afraid I will have to pass. I couldn't even make an offer close to that. Thanks for your time.

How about $50 for both plus shipping. I really have no use for them and if you can use them and if you can use them, you need them more than I do

I could go $30. I don't need the shaft so it would make shipping a lot easier.

I know I have the mag cam gear and I'm pretty sure I have the oil pump gear but I'll have to check on that.

Clint I live 70 miles east of St. Louis. I have a good gas tank and a hood. The hood hinge is rusty and stuff but I think it would loosen up.

You wouldnt happen to have the piece for the hand clutchm the one that goes on the shaft on the outside of the transmission, where the rod from the hand lever connects to, if so how much would you want for it.

That is same as the one on the UTS correct, the center hole should be 1" and the keyway slot should be 1/4" at least that is what mine is. If they are the same email me at [email protected] so I can get your adress and send the payment out asap. Thanks for your time.
