g-1000 injection pump

wondering if there is anyway that the pump off of a white 2-150 (585 cid) could work on a mm G-1000 (504 cid). Will it bolt on and just need custom injector lines or will it now even bolt up. if it will does anyone know what the pumps are capable of? thanks for the help Eric

The pump off of the 585 will bolt up just like the 504,will use the same lines .Only difference is the 585 pump has an electric solinoid to shut it off where the stock pump uses the throttle.Also the 585 pump will have a higher governor setting.You will have to get the numbers off of the tag on both pumps to see which pump you can get the most fuel out of .

I'm not familiar with the 504, but what pictures I see posted. The inj. pump mounting appears the same as a 585. I am assuming that you have the direct injection MAN fuel system, the same as the 585 with a single hole nozzle. The main difference between the two is just a bigger stroke and a little larger bore if the info. I have is correct. I've only worked on the 585 but is very similiar in every way to the 504 as many MM engines are. Our one is in the 2155 Oliver (G-1350 MM) we use only to pull with (350 HP). The other is a 2-150 White we use to farm with at 210Hp - pump is maxed out all the way. Fuel systems are Identical part wise except for the larger head in the injection pump, bigger lines, and, drilled out nozzles.

I HAVE 2 PUMPS OFF OF 585 DIESELS WITH LINES IF YOUR INTERESTED LET ME KNOW. THEY FIT

how much do you want for the pumps, do they need rebuilt, what would it take to get full capacity out of this type of pump. thanks for any help you can give me.
