I saw one in running condition with 3PT sell at auction a couple weeks back for $1900 Canadian.

Seen two at a dealership a couple of years ago when visiting Canada, that was way out west. Both had been sitting for a while but were generally in pretty good condition. Neither had 3 pnt so no real interest to me all our machines use this system. The guy was looking at $3300 for each but a little less if I had taken both. Same basic engine I think as the MF super 95 so engine parts such as pistons and liners seem to be a big problem.

The two 1870s we run have the 451ci Moline engine,similar to the MM G950. The 1870 was a very economical tractor with which to pull our 6 row Kinze-New Idea no-till corn planter. Just select the rpm you want to run,choose the gear that will give the 5mph planting speed at 1300rpm,and vary your speed with the 3spd White over/direct/under powershift. The 1870 has ample power,incredible torque, and good hydraulics. As to the Massey 95, I have two sets of new pistons available for the 425 engine. I am in Central MN. Joe

I HAVE ONE , JUST FINISHED IT , IN TRUE COCKSHUTT COLORS. ITS GOING TO THE AGCO HERITAGE SHOW THIS WEEKEND. GET IN TRACTOR PHOTOS AND SEARCH 1870 COCKSHUTT,THREE PHOTOS THERE.

1870 White/Cockshutt/955 MM.It has the 425 MM motor with Oliver Over/under rearend. There was one at dealership sold for 3000$. There is a few around here yet.
