I just removed the one on my 335 by using a pipe wrench turning out. It wasn't threaded but it came out that way.

Could you drill it out? Saw it off flush with the case and drill from there?

Is it bent?

IF you are building a puller, even they need working parking brakes. Tractors with non working parking brakes tend to roll away at very unfortunate times. (I got a blown jetstar3 that rolled into a pond that way.)
