The same regulator with a different name on the outside. All parts interchange. Impco cost about twice as much.

Never heard of Woodward. Are they just a LP dealer? Impco has been around a while and still in business and bought others out over years too so you can still get parts for theirs and new too. Check local LP dealers or propanecarbs.com
