changing over from mismatched 4209 and GE30E heads on UTS to 4213 heads - need a set (8) shorter pushrods 16 11/16 vs 17 1/8 for taller heads. Anyone know of a good source - also need 12 5/8 studs or spacers to with shorter heads on a 283 motor.

You can shorten your own push rods. Just lightly heat the bottom head of the push rod and it will tap right off. Cut the tubing off the correct amount to get the new length including the bottom foot, then reheat the foot and tap it back on. I have shotened many sets, as they are just a press fit. Hope this helps.

my guess is that StaMM Tractors probably has some used ones. Probably a couple other sources as well, such as welters in MO.
