OK, I'm a John Deere guy, but am contemplating helping a friend restore his MM ZB. We are going to possibly need some major engine parts, gaskets, and everything else that is involved in engine overhaul. I have a long list of suppliers, salvage yards, aftermarket houses for JD's, but have no idea where to start looking for MM parts. What are your favorite resources for parts, gaskets, manuals, and the such. Are there any salvage yards near SE Kansas that have a good offering of MM parts? Any good internet sites other than this one that offer parts? Feel free to reply by email.

Since you are in Kansas, I would check with Clint and Kelly Stamm in Washington KS.(A search for Stamm Sales will probably find their website.) I do not know what part of Kansas Washington is in.

New parts can be from Welters in Verona MO. 417-498-6496. There is also Wendell Everett in Ohio 740-922-3335. Welters and Everett deal mainly by phone,Other people selling parts can be found here and on the MM website. Also there are a lot of parts available through an AGCO dealer.

Also, don't overlook NAPA. I get almost all my gaskets from them. Hoses and electrical components from them too. They have a very good Victor gasket set that will have all but one gaket to overhaul the 206 in a ZB. (The gasket just above the side cover that goes on the oil galley is always missing. But it is easy to make.)
