I am trying to find out what I have. Its model # is V206-4 and its serial # is 04201373. It looks like a hugh motor and is yellow. Does anybody know what it is and what it goes on?

I have 2 forage choppers that have that motor on them.

If they are a pull type forage harvestor, I think that would be a model CE or CF foragor.

If they are self-propelled, it is part of the uni-harvestor system, the power unit will be a model L (tag on frame near the rear wheel) and there will probably be another tag on the forage chopper itself.

They are pull-type choppers.

Sue in TN, that motor is an early V-4 for a Uni-Tractor. Other than being a novelty it's real worth would be if the blocks are still good as they are the same as the R and Z series tractors. Your engine was produced in the 1953 model year. Hope this helps.
