Got the 670 super propane out today to disc and the temp will stay in the middle until I work it. Tried to dis shallow in 3rd and it got up to hot. Let it cool and tried 2nd gear. went for quite a while but still climed up to hot line. Radiator is full and seems like belt is tight. Could thermastat be bad and not letting enough flow through??? What temp should I run. any other suggestions. Good old tractor but don't like the running hot.
thanks for a great forum

I had a 5 star with new motor that did the same. I tried everything including changing the head gaskets again.Ended up being a mouse nest in radiator.
