Does anyone know if there is a new replacement aftermarket Moulding that goes between the gas tank and the dash on R's and Z's, and if so who makes them? Has anyone used any homemade material for this? Thanks.

Go to your local auto glass shop. They have some molding that is almost a perfect match.

I think Ken Hicks of Belvidere IL sells the replacement moulding that goes on them. I can send you his number if you email me.

Try Mcmaster.com They have a large selection of useful things. They should have a moulding that will work.

Be sure to read EVEYTHING in the description on McMaster Carr's moulding. I ordered some for my Big Mo400 military to go around the gas tank and it happened to be red.
