Moline Monitor Question

I found a Moline Monitor grain drill that is going to be auctioned. It is a junker, with a rotten wooden box, but it is complete. It has a very wide row spacing, I would giess it to be around 14 inches between opening discs.
This is undoubtedly going to be going to the scrap buyers to be cut up, but I would take the time and money to save it if it is rare.
I have never seen such wide spacing, and it looks to be a pre WWII drill.
Any information would be appreciated!

Wide disk spacing was common in dry land country - Western Kansas, Eastern Colorado. Used to see a lot of 10 & 12 inch spacing drills in this area. Wood box predates it to the 20's or 30's. I have 18 Moline drills but none of them over 10 inch spacing. Nice find, hope you get it.

well I'll be ! there ya go again, just proves once more MM was way ahead of everybody, here I thought JD invented 15 in rows ! I bet somewhere a JD engineer is looking into all the old MM drawings and reinventing stuff from the 40's
