I was wondering why some of my molines have no marvel sheblure?. logo on the side of the carb. bowl and some do? UBU-does
RTU-does"nt
ZAE-does"nt
ZB-does"nt
My father inlaw has a RTU and does not have it ,but his U and BF and his Z all have the logo on the carb. Are these a zenith with out a logo, and if so did they come this way from factory?

I think the company making the carbs changed a few times also and some NOS carb bowls I have only say Schebler and some nothing. Later ones say Marvel Schebler and they were then a division of Bendix corporations, later Facet, and now part of Zenith. Maybe some history at this site someplace?? zenithfuelsystems.com

Can't say for sure, but I expect that MM decided that they wanted to sell parts for 'their' carburetors, so the had Marvel Schebler taken off the pattern for the bowl. I don't know when this occurred, but of the models you mention that do have the logo the BF and the UB are the only models made after 1950 that had the logo. And the BF uses a Hercules engine which may have been supplied with the carburetor attached.

The other idea is that for some manufacturing reason Marvel schebler changed the patterns for the small and mid-size carburetors.
