Value of G1000 Vista LPG

Hi there, I am looking at a 1967 MM G1000 Vista LPG. The tractor is in pretty good shape...engine runs good, fair tires, sheetmetal is real good,tach is broke but fair guess is about 4000 hours, needs some hoses replaced and a little tlc. Does anyone have an idea what someone should pay for a tractor like this? Thanks!

About 4 years ago I watched a nice Vista LP sell for $2900 on an estate sale.We all thought that it sold cheap.Here is a picture of it.This tractor was sold new in 1967 by Bell Tractor at Milo,MO.

The nice G-900 LP beside it only brought $2800.

I guess no one out there is familiar with these.....the fellow is asking $4,500.00 is this way too much to pay or in the ballpark? ( I'm thinking a little too high)

I'm going to look at a MM today..guy doesn't know what model. Says it is around a 1958 w a diesel 6cyl w FEL. He is asking $4500. Says the engine was refreshed not many miles ago. People in Montana things their tractors are made of gold.

JRV1,
$4500 is in the ball park for a Vista LP. They only made 564 from 67-69 with 290 made in 67. If it runs good, straight metal, decent tires and everything works then his asking price is pretty close. All depends what part of the country you're located in too.
