We have just finished completely restoring a MM ZTU. A real beauty. I've got over $2,000 invested in it and about 3 years.

I'm looking to sell it and would like some HONEST opinions what it would be worth.

Anyone interested, I can forward pictures.

Thanks

Last August I saw a nicely restored early ZTU bring 900 and a slighty rougher ZB bring 1200. My 2 cents a nice restored Z with good paint and tires is worth about 2500.

WWW: I am restoring a 1946 ZTU out here in California. What year is yours? I would like a nice close up photo of each side of the engine as well as the instrument panel and battery box from the drivers point of view. It would be very helpful. Just e-mail them to me at [email protected]. I would be most greatful. It looks as if I will have about the same amount of time and money invested as you when I am done. Congratulations on a finished tractor. Jerry

I saw a MM ZTU sell last June on an auction. It was a very nice unrestored original tractor- about as nice as you will ever find-it brought $3100-on the same sale sale there was a very nicely restored '37 MM J - it only brought $2150 - It seems that very nice originals bring more than restored ones sometimes.

I neglected to say it was a 1938 ZTU. Sorry.
